When it comes to planning the ultimate feast for our guest's events, our culinary team creates a delectable menu of fresh, seasonal hors d'oeuvres, entr es.
Banquet Chef is responsible for all hot and cold food preparations for catering and special events functions.
Must be well organized and able to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
Must be able to write organized and complete prep list.
Must be able to effectively communicate with culinary team as well as the special events team.
Must be able to identify opportunities to stream line recipes.
Must be able to write and follow recipes.
This person is a good leader who communicates effectively, is a refined culinarian and builds relationships with the culinary team to be able to delegate and own all events.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or ACF Apprenticeship.
Knowledge of Banquet service and production.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
, and be on feet for long hours.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
